Welcome to Farma-Derma s.r.l. website (hereinafter, for the sake of brevity, also referred to as "Site" only).

This Site is developed and registered under the name of: Farma-Derma s.r.l., having its registered office in Via dell'Artigiano No. 6-8 – 40010 Sala Bolognese (BO) Italy, VAT number 01691071201, Fiscal Code No. 03885530372, registration number with the Business Register of Bologna BO-322615, Share Capital Euro 60,000.00 fully-paid.

  1. Acceptance of these General Conditions

The access, consultation, navigation, download and generally the use of the Site are entirely subject to the following General Conditions and to the applicable regulations in force.

Access to the Site and any action that involves the activity of looking through the Site content imply the visitor/user’s unconditional acceptance of the General Conditions set forth hereunder.

  1. Interruption of the operation of the Site

Farma-Derma s.r.l.  reserves the right to shutdown, interrupt or suspend the operation of the Site at any time without that involving any responsibility for it, whether this occurs as the result of actions or omissions by Farma-Derma s.r.l. or by third parties.

  1. Site contents

The Site contains information regarding Farma-Derma s.r.l., its product and research activities. This information is not meant to give medical advice and in no cases it replaces the relationship between doctor and patient. The information included in the Site is not meant to give indications and prescriptions related to health. Therefore, the visitors/users are advised to consult only their regular physician when they need a diagnosis and in order to find the most suitable treatments.

The visitors/users are requested to contact us directly if they wish to have clarifications or instructions about our products.

Farma-Derma s.r.l. reserves the right to make changes, corrections and improvements to the contents of the Site, without the need of prior notice.

In any case, Farma-Derma s.r.l. shall have no responsibility for any direct or indirect damage, including loss of profits arising out from the use or the impossibility to use the Site, as well as from omissions or errors.

  1. Purchase offers and invitations

The content of the Site is for information only, it does not have promotional purposes and does not constitute an offer or solicitation to purchase, prescribe, supply or sell the Farma-Derma’s products.

  1. Updating of the contents of the Site and limitation of liability

Farma-Derma s.r.l. uses every efforts to include precise, accurate and up to date information. However, it makes no representations or warranties as to the completeness, correctness, timeliness, accuracy and exactness of the information made available and included in the Site. Therefore, the visitor/user undertakes to assess the content of the Site. 

Farma-Derma s.r.l. shall have no responsibility of any kind with regard to use of the Site and to its content and, in particular, Farma-Derma s.r.l. will not be responsible for any direct or indirect damage that may be caused to third parties as a result of errors, omissions, inaccuracies, inconsistencies, incompleteness, inadequacy in the contents of the Site.

  1. Computer security and limitation of liability

Farma-Derma s.r.l. shall have no responsibility for any damage caused by viruses or other harmful programs that may damage the computer equipment or other property of the visitor/user as a result of accessing and browsing the Site or from the download of materials, data, texts, images, or more generally by the use of the Site.

  1. Third parties websites

The Site contains links that lead the visitor/user to other sites of third parties. Through a link to those sites, the visitor/user leaves the Site of its own accord and without any compulsion.

A link included in the Site does not imply that Farma-Derma s.r.l. either endorses or approves the contents of the sites of third parties to which these links redirect the visitor/user and does not imply any responsibility by Farma-Derma s.r.l. in regard to that, in particular for the veracity and accuracy of the contents included in third party sites, nor for the compliance of these contents with current and applicable legislation, especially with reference to the provisions that regulate medicinal products for human use and medical devices.

Farma-Derma s.r.l. shall have no responsibility for the content of external sites that are linked to its Site.

  1. Intellectual property

The configuration of the Site and the entire contents published in the Site (including: information, documents, images, illustrations, data, analysis etc.) are the exclusive property of Farma-Derma s.r.l. and are subject to the protections provided by the law, including copyright, legislation on authors’ right, trademarks and patents. Farma-Derma s.r.l. reserves all rights relating to their use.

All trademarks, logos, product names and company names appearing on the Site are the exclusive property of Farma-Derma s.r.l. Their unauthorized use whatsoever is expressly prohibited.

The visitor/user is acknowledged no licences, as well as no rights to the economic exploitation of the contents included in the Site, also with respect to trademarks, patents, technologies and products or any other intellectual property right of Farma-Derma s.r.l. or third parties to whom reference is made in the Site.

It is prohibited to download, extract, print, copy, modify, transmit, reutilize or reuse the contents included in the Site, as well as any other activity that may damage the honor or respectability and any legitimate interest of Farma-Derma s.r.l.

The downloading, viewing, printing and in any case the use of the information, images, data or anything else from this Site is allowed to the visitor/user exclusively in accordance with the applicable regulations and to these General Conditions. However, it is prohibited to use any content of this Site for non-personal or commercial purposes.

Any modification of the contents of the Site, the subdivision of parts or sections of the Site and/or the incorporation of the same in other sites of third parties unrelated to Farma-Derma s.r.l. is prohibited.

  1. Limitation of use by the visitor/user

The visitor/user agrees to use the Site and its contents for purposes that comply with these General Terms and applicable regulations.

If Farma-Derma s.r.l. considers that there is a breach of these General Conditions, it reserves the right to take any corrective action without prior notice, including exclusion of the visitor/user access to the Site and the removal of any data, image or anything else posted on by the visitor/user, without taking any responsibility in this regard.

  1. Indemnity

The visitor/user agrees to indemnify Farma-Derma s.r.l. for all claims, damages, liabilities, proceedings and any other prejudicial consequences arising from or connected to the improper use of the Site by the visitor/user, also related to violations of copyrights, trademarks, patents, protection of intellectual and industrial property, unfair competition and defamation. This without prejudice to the rights of Farma-Derma s.r.l. to claim compensation for further damages.

  1. Modification of the General Conditions

Farma-Derma s.r.l. reserves the right to revise these General Conditions, also through regular updates. As these revisions are binding for the visitor/user, the latter must consult this page periodically before accessing the contents of the Site.

  1. Miscellaneus

If any provision of these General Conditions shall be held to be null, invalid or enforceable, then the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions hereof shall not in any way be affected.

In the event of any conflict between the Italian version and the English version of the General Conditions, the Italian language version shall prevail.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The governing law of these General Conditions is the Italian law and they shall be construed in accordance with the same.

Any disputes concerning, arising out or in any case related to these General Conditions or related to this Site shall be devolved exclusively to the Court of Bologna.
